Biggest Fitness Achievement: Being fitter than he was in his 20's and continuing to improve his fitness by lifting weights and training hard.

Motivation for Becoming a Personal Trainer: To be able to work in an industry that he enjoys and to be able to coach, teach and help people improve their lives.

Favourite Exercise: Anything related to gymnastics, like muscle ups or handstand walks.

Non-Fitness Related Hobbies: Roberto loves to travel and has been to 28 countries so far! He also enjoys reading.
